Step 1: Build Your Access Request Portal on Identivize

Register your organization (or application) on Identivize platform to set up an access request interface, which is referred to as Access Request Portal in Identivize. You will be sharing your Access Request Portal's information with your users to allow them to request access through this portal.

Step 2: Load Access Data to Access Request Portal

Load the meta data about all the permissions/access rights (aka entitlements), which can be requested through your Access Request Portal. As part of this data,, you will be loading some workflow configurations,, such as the required request approval steps and information about the access administrators responsible for the fulfillment of the access requests.

Step 3: Share Your Access Request Portal with Users

Once your Access Request Portal is set up with the required access data,, you can share your access portal information with your end-users, so they can start requesting access for a delightful end-user experience.

Step 4: Let Identivize Provide Amazing Experience

You can then let Identivize platform's automated approval & fulfillment workflows run effectively in your Access Request Portal at that point to take care of the tedious work, such as communicating to the approvers about the access requests waiting for their approvals, the access administrators about the fully approved access requests sitting in their queue for fulfillment, and the end-users about the status of their access requests to close the loop with them.
